6G will not only be evolutionary but also revolutionary!

Ingrid Van de Voorde is one of the keynote speakers at the FITCE Mobile Congress. She's the head of Nokia Bell Labs Belgium.

"Did you know that 6G will be able to sense our environment? Truly like a sixth sense. Science fiction? No. Because in fact we are already exploring real life use cases together with Bosch in an industrial environment."

Ingrid Van de Voorde will talk about what a future with 6G will give. "6G will be both evolutionary but also revolutionary" according to her. "Evolutionary in the sense that it will continue to push the boundaries of technologies to boost, in fact, that wireless performance.

But in addition, it will be revolutionary by introducing new capabilities and even explore fundamental new approaches on how, to create, for example, a 6G air interface."
