Originally constructed in 1894 as a permanent indoor circus arena, it was rebuilt in 1923 after a major fire. Following World War II, it was converted into a massive car workshop and classic car depot for the Mahy family before falling vacant for over two decades. After undergoing an extensive multi-year renovation, it officially reopened in 2024 as a vibrant 15,000 m² technology and culture hub.
