FITCE.eu presents: Discover digital skills assessment insights from industry experts, Mr. Marco Rendina and Mr. Georges Ataya. The FITCE Academy is an online learning platform offering Masterclasses, Courses and Tutorials on International ICT, Telecom and Media.
In light of the ongoing increased demand for skilled professionals in the current job market, enterprises and organisations face a crucial choice to be made between talent acquisition or enhancing the competencies of the existing workforce.

Mr Marco Rendina. A comprehensive analysis of the ongoing digital transition in Italy, shedding light on the digital skills challenges within the industrial landscape will be given.
12:30 Insights in Skill Assessment Frameworks and status of the Standardization
Mr Georges Ataya will discuss the different frameworks and shed light on their standardization within the industry. Additionally, Mr. Ataya will introduce his digital skills assessment application during the event.

Participants will receive a link to the Skills Assessment Application upon registration.
Cancellation will be allowed without penalty until two weeks before the event. After this date a charge of 25% of the attendance fee will be made regardless the reason of the cancellation. Notice of cancellation must be sent by e-mail to info@fitce.be.
